What Types of Corporate Yoga are Available?

At Yoga by Larissa, we offer a wide range of corporate yoga options tailored to meet the needs of businesses and their employees. Our aim is to promote relaxation, improve overall well-being, and increase productivity in the corporate environment. Here are some types of yoga programs we offer specifically designed for the corporate setting:
1. Desk Yoga: This type of yoga focuses on exercises and stretches that can be done right at the office desk. We understand that employees have limited time during their workday, so we have developed a series of gentle movements and breathing techniques to relieve stress, improve posture, and increase energy levels. Desk yoga can be seamlessly integrated into the work routine, making it a practical choice for on-the-go employees.
2. Lunchtime Yoga: Our lunchtime yoga sessions are designed to fit into the lunch break, providing a rejuvenating practice in the middle of the workday. These sessions typically range from 30 to 45 minutes and offer a combination of stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques. Employees can attend these sessions in a designated space within the workplace, allowing them to recharge and refocus for the remainder of the day.
3. After-Work Yoga: After a long day at the office, our after-work yoga sessions provide employees with an opportunity to release tension, unwind, and reconnect with themselves. These sessions are usually longer in duration, ranging from 60 to 75 minutes, and incorporate a mix of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation. After-work yoga is a perfect choice for employees seeking holistic well-being and stress reduction.
4. Team-Building Yoga Workshops: Our team-building yoga workshops offer a unique opportunity for colleagues to come together, improve communication, and foster a sense of unity. These workshops include partner yoga, mindfulness exercises, and group activities aimed at enhancing cooperation and collaboration among team members. The workshops can be customized to suit specific corporate goals, whether it be bolstering creativity, improving problem-solving skills, or promoting a positive work environment.
5. Wellness Retreats: For companies desiring a more immersive experience, we organize wellness retreats in serene locations away from the office environment. These retreats span several days and provide a comprehensive program of yoga, meditation, healthy meals, and workshops focused on topics such as stress management, work-life balance, and self-care. Wellness retreats offer employees an opportunity to disconnect, recharge, and develop a deeper understanding of their own well-being.
Regardless of the type of corporate yoga program chosen, our experienced instructors ensure that each session is accessible and inclusive to all levels of experience. We believe that introducing yoga into the corporate world can have profound positive effects on both individuals and the overall workplace environment. With our range of corporate yoga offerings, we strive to bring balance, health, and tranquility to the day-to-day lives of employees, leading to increased productivity, employee satisfaction, and overall success.
