Which Yoga & Wellness Experience Speaks to You?
Larissa offers a variety of yoga and wellness styles to meet your needs — whether you're looking for an energizing flow, deep relaxation, or something in between. She specializes in mobile yoga and sound meditation sessions for private groups, corporate events, Airbnbs, hotels, and wellness retreats in Phoenix and Scottsdale.
Styles include:
Vinyasa Yoga A dynamic, breath-centered flow that links movement with breath. This invigorating style builds strength, flexibility, and presence through graceful, flowing sequences.
Yin Yoga A slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones). Long-held postures promote flexibility, release tension, and cultivate inner calm.
Restorative Yoga A deeply relaxing and nurturing practice using props to fully support the body. Ideal for stress relief, recovery, and restoring balance to both body and mind.
Slow Flow Yoga A gentle, mindful flow that moves at a slower, more intentional pace. This style emphasizes smooth transitions, body awareness, and breath synchronization which is perfect for all levels
Sound Meditation
Larissa is also available to provide sound meditations. She has a wide variety of sound instruments, including gong, crystal singing bowls, rain stick, rain disc, Shruti box, Koshi Chime, buffalo drum, wave drum, crystal pyramid, and more.
Sound meditation incorporates the use of ancient sounds that are traditionally passed down from teacher to teacher. The practitioner will loosely focus on the sounds that are being played and find a state of meditation. If the practitioner has any thoughts during the meditation, it is important to not attach but instead let the thoughts pass by.
Meditation and Pranayama
Larissa can provide individual or group instruction or workshops on meditation, pranayama (breath), or yoga nidra. She specializes in providing meditation to assist with insomnia and anxiety.
Meditation allows the practitioner to tap into delta brainwaves, which are responsible for healing and restoration that happens in your body during deep sleep.
