Desert Garden Botanical Garden Sound Meditation

Relax and unwind as the soothing sounds of singing bowls and gongs guide you into a peaceful state of meditation. Participants are welcome to sit or lie down for the duration of the class. Be sure to bring your mat. All experience levels are welcome. Classes are usually held in an outdoor pavilion, weather permitting. If we need to move indoors due to weather, we’ll notify you. The class is led by experienced sound practitioners, and garden admission is included with your purchase.
