What does yoga mean to you?

What does yoga mean to you? “My heart opens up to yoga, and through this practice of yoga, I gain great knowledge about myself and the world around me. This knowledge goes well beyond the senses, to a deeper, more intuitive level. My yoga practice allows me to connect with myself and to be my best self.”
