YA YTT is designed to equip all instructors with the ability to teach the most experienced yoga practitioner alongside someone who may have had a knee/hip replacement next to someone that is sedentary that has never practiced before. Our goal is to prepare you to be able to teach to Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime which is Yoga’s Arc’s mission. At Yoga’s Arc Yoga Teacher Training, it is not about perfecting the postures, but about learning how to teach the postures to all bodies.
